Course Description

This course will enable you to begin your improvement efforts. By learning how to use three different methods for identifying the four forms of waste — Material, Capital, Time and Lost Opportunities — you will be able to develop a comprehensive list of waste examples in your organization. You can use this list to help you prioritize and focus your improvement efforts. As you get rid of and/or reduce that waste, you will reap the rewards of a much improved organization.
